I called back.at 3:30 and asked to speak with the supervisor.The rep did not respond just ended the call. I was told someone will call me and the supervisor is aware. I called the 8668385341 number on the door was told The appointment was a Over. An employee walked out of those same doors never acknowledged my presence. I am an essential worker I was required to take the entire day off unpaid. On August 5th I was given an appointment for Augat 2:45 pm. I am sicken and appalled by lack of proper customer service displayed by the public servants at the Rockville ,MD SSA office.
